  If I could give them a minus score I would. We first waited 20 minutes to get waited on. Ordered a drink and appetizers another 20 minutes for that. Asked what is taking so long for 1 drink and was told bartender is swamped. ordered a drink and wrong thing was made. Appetizers came after 30 minutes were cold. Dinner and salad all arrived at same time but no silverware. How the hell do they not has silverware. Waited 10 more minutes for silverware. I got prime rib which was ice cold after waiting for them to roll silverware. Sent mine back because it was cold and came back much smaller portion and done well instead of medium. Burgers were rare and were supposed to be well done. Unfortunately took my son and girlfriend for his birthday and experienced the WORST SERVICE AND MEAL that my husband and I have ever had. Still can't fathom how you run a restaurant when you can't give customers silverware. Will never go back and will never recommend. I would understand if one thing got messed up but EVERYTHING about our visit sucked!

  If you order ahead and choose curbside pickup, be prepared to wait. It would be best if you come around ten minutes after they say it will be ready. The carhop is always sweet and is great at remembering customers and their preferences though. The food is usually good but sometimes it seems like it was a rush job preparing it.

  Our server Ayana SHOULD NOT be serving the public. It started from the drink order. She messed that up. She had no knowledge of the menu. Proceeded to tell me there is no beef Porterhouse steak on the menu. I assured her there was and that I have ordered it for years. She said she would have to go check with the kitchen. We were sat with no silverware. When she brought the salads she sat them down with her fingers in the bowls. She delivered half of our entrees incorrectly. One person in our party did not get her entree until everyone else already finished. My steak was cold. I stood up and told the manager we were ready to walk out she briefly made an effort to correct things, which took forever. Ayana the waitress clearly knew we were upset and instead of addressing our issues she avoided us all together. Our drinks were never refilled. There was absolutely no effort by anyone on the staff to try to make things right. Our bill was $135.11, which we paid in full. I WILL NEVER ask or advise a manager as to what should be done. A true test of an establishment is how they respond in the face of adversity. This Outback failed miserably. So much so that I have such a sour taste in my mouth that I truly do not think I would ever step foot in an Outback again. We never so much as received an apology for all of the inconveniences.
